I’ve been where you are. I know what it feels like to show up small, to people-please, to hide your desires, and to doubt your worth, even when the world thinks you’re “successful.” I’ve walked a long, hard path: a 15-year battle with anorexia, struggles with addiction, and surviving sexual abuse. Through it all, I’ve discovered something powerful, our deepest wounds can become our greatest superpowers.
Today, my mission is simple: to help visionary, multi-passionate women like you step fully into your power, awaken your confidence, and live a life that feels as big, bold, and beautiful as you were born to experience. I blend trauma-informed wisdom, emotional mastery, and somatic embodiment to help you release old patterns, activate your gifts, and feel your next-level self in your body before you even see it in the world.
I create intimate, high-impact experiences: keynotes, retreats, workshops, and programs. where women feel transformation in real time. My work is for the woman who already knows she’s meant for more: more freedom, more pleasure, more impact, and more abundance.
